Rain is the PITS
The most ****tiest service and misleading sales people, I asked for an upgrade and was charged for the old router and new router for the same month. They said they are investigating but I’m still the one after them wanting to find out what the verdict is. They say they can’t transfer you to other departments to my surprise today they were able to transfer me however I’ve been holding forever they don’t care shem😩

01 Aug 2024, 16:28I have not received any communication from rain, I ended up making a payment today because I’m not sure if they will cancel my connection since it was only extended till the 1st of Aug. I called today to follow up but was sent pillar to post with no joy I ended up holding till I hung up cause no one was picking. Your response here is far more quicker than the response I’m waiting for. A call back to resolve this would be much better. I use the internet to work and can’t risk not having it hence I made the payment for something I was told would be cancelled and I wouldn’t have to pay for. I’m still waiting to for a call back to tell me what my discussion was with the consultant that I asked before requesting an upgrade
