Rain is the most useless service provider, do not even bother signing up with them

If I could rate rain with a negative star rating that would be it... I use a rain 4G service and the service has been unusable for over 2 weeks now, I have tried to report the issue to support and all I get is reference numbers but nobody bothers to either update me or even resolve the issue.... RAIN is the most useless service provider by far
