Rain is the most useless network ever

Rain is the most useless network ever. I called the *** number and I got through a lady by the name Ntombizanele in their call center, who was rude, kept telling me that their systems were down and that they bill the customers in areas (which contradicted my onboarding agreement of paying before usage)so my account is in areas (don't understand how as I've been up-to-date with my payments) and she can only escalate my account to the billing department (for which this ascalations are always done but no one ever responds and the one time they responded, they didn't have any solution to my problem). She said that regarding their poor network coverage she can't help me with that also, she is going to escalate my query further to other department.
