Rain is the most *********** company I have ever dealt with.

I have never experienced poor service like I did from Rain and as result I moved to Metrofibre. My 1st disappointment was when a Rain support consultant confirmed that I can upgrade to 5G only to find out that I dont` have 5G coverage in my area. As result I was without internet for 6 days due to having to go an buy a new 4G sim seeing that I did not have 5G coverage. Then they over charged me and it took 7 email to the accounts department for them to refund me. After 4 phone calls to Support to cancel my service as per immediate affect it has still not be cancelled. I think Rain is being ran by a bunch of clowns. My 3 year old daugter can be a better job than you.
