RAIN IS THE MOST HORRIBLE NETWORK OF ALL TIME

I am trying to download a 2MB file and it cannot even complete download it fails and they want us to upgrade to 5g with such a poor service. they then call and say my location is not good but when i joined the internet was very fast. this company should just be closed down they have mastered the art of failing clients. what is the CEO and COO of this company saying don't they even consider customer needs. now i cannot even adjust back my spend limit this company is just bad. do not ever join rain once i find a good internet provider this one will never see me ever again what a disappointment rain your so horrible
