Rain is the horrible / Don't get RAIN ISP

This is by far the worst service known to man. You'd literally have to take it back to the early 1800's to get any worse. I have been waiting for a response about my query for over a month. Best advice would be to pay the extra fee for the other service providers because rain is absolute *******. Michael Jordaan and his team are a complete Joke.

The service is horrible in the area and w spend days without network, yet we are paying for a service.
