Rain is the absolute worst

This is the 2nd month that Rain deduct from my account after I cancelled my subscription and returned my router to their Queenswood branch! This is absolutely unacceptable. I have called rain and spoken to their accounts department before who "cancelled" the subscription again but still the take my money!!!! Absolute *****s if you ask me
