RAIN IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

WORST EVER!!!!!! It has been more than a week that I CAN NOT WORK! After phoning numerous times!! All I get is : Oh Sorry, we will look into it." Or " The towers are off, we are working on it" .

Yes the price sounds good for what you "GET", but you don't get what they advertise!!! DO NOT GO TO RAIN YOU WILL REGRET IT! You will waste airtime phoning them to fix the problems and then having to spend MORE money to buy additional internet as RAIN DOES NOT WORK 80% OF THE TIME!!!! TOTAL FRUSTRATION! Coming from someone working from home this is unacceptable!!!! Do not advertise what you can not provide!!!!
