Rain is terrible with after sales service

Rain is everywhere and want to sell to everyone but their after sales service is terrible. You can try and call them and they’ll never call you back. You try and log it on the rain 5G router and they never come back to you. You log it on the website and they never phone you back. The signal is terrible and is up-and-down all the time. When someone eventually phones you back they from another country and I can’t understand what you’re saying. I’m really dissatisfied with rains after sales service.
