Rain is terrible service provided

Ever since ive had this wifi which is supposedly the fastest that is available i have had endless issues. My router forever has an orange light and mind you i have the upgraded package which costs me R699 each and every month but half of the time there is either no network, its buffering or the line is just so slow that you are no even able to view whatsapp statuses. I log complaints on the "oh so easy" rain app and then they call you 5 days later and at that moment your service show connected and then they are unable to assist with anything. When rain support eventually phones you the staff are not very pleasant or atleast the lady i spoke t. The phone was put off in my ear with no goodbye nor help and i was told that another agent will be calling me later that evening which never happened. I feel like cancelling and telling the world that they should never get this internet provider its of no use and it certainly does not give you the fast internet connection that you are looking for
