Rain is terrible in the rain .... Doesn't work

Once again terrible support and service from RAIN... Every time it rains it pours .... The service is terrible and now I can not even connect to 4g ...normally the secondary works at 1mbs from primary site at 30mbs .... Now nothing works .... The support is via AI and I have rebooted 10x and Whatsapp has timed out ...... HELP
