Rain is TERRIBLE, I haven't had internet access for the whole week

Rain is TERRIBLE, I haven't had internet access for the whole week. I paid on Friday but I can't connect. When I try to connect it says I haven't paid but on the app it shows that I paid. I have emailed them the proof of payment as requested, set a lot of support emails and called them countless times but still nothing. It is so frustrating that you pay and not get the service you paid for. So disappointing
