RAIN IS TERRIBLE

Placed an order for their basic 5G unlimited network and received the router 29th September, to this day it is not working, Wasted more of my airtime calling them than the package had cost. Should have not cancelled my previous provider! Worst service. been told 2-24 hours for 5 days now, also not wanting to refund.
