Rain is terrible and using ****my tactics

Rain has the worst customer service from any company I have ever come across . Purely pathetic. Rain removed the option to switch off my 4g plan and go back to pay as you use for the following month and no one can seem to help me ..this means I have to completely cancel the sum card and go through the whole Rica process if I want to use rain again in future. Rain is using below the belt tactics to increase their profits
