Rain Is Terrible

I bought a once off 4G Sim Card in March 2020. Rain has continuously billed my account for 2 months after this. I have reached out to customer support and cancelled my sim card online. I get no assistance from this company. No only is the internet horrible, but this company is now *****ing money from me.
