Rain is terrible

I have been without internet for two days now. The router says ‘registration failed’. I’ve reset my mesh network more times than I can count. I have logged a lot of messages on the website and am still to hear from them. I’m literally waiting to get fibre installed in the next week or so so I can cancel this useless network. I don’t know how they retain customers with this kind of shoddy service.
