Rain is talking money without delivering services

Rain is taking money from me for a service they don't provide. I bought extra data from them at 3 occasions where they delivered less than I paid for. They don't respond to tickets sent to them and only after complaining on FB did they respond. Yet after several promises they stopped the email response as well and I am still stuck with the same problem. Payments made for no service delivered. The raintalk service doesn't work either and I can't receive calls on their sim card. Neither can I make a direct call.
