Rain is super ****

Goood day all . Its been a long time but anyways . RAIN... THE most useless company or better yet "service provider" there is. I had a issue witg them since i received the rain 101 router... The lady was verry quick to get the papers signed and debit order in place and thats were the popo hit the fan.. 1st router i received was faulty 2nd one (after waiting for CDS couriers about 5 days ) was also not working and thats not even the best of all i have contacted and tried to arrange collection of the stupud thing after i have cancelled my contract because it didn't work ,the simcards worked like 2 weeks then it was downhill ever since. Its now almost 9 months later they still haven't collected there s#it and this number +***6 they have given me to call doesn't work the emails bounced back and there is just no way on getting ahold of them sooo in the words of their "verry intelligent" staff i now am going to escalate the matter on here because thats the only way apparently things get done properly .
