Rain is such a terrible service
What a terrible service, 2months ive been paying for something im not getting, your connection is so poor i cant take it anymore, logged a query via messenger on Facebook about 3 or 4 days ago still no one got back to me. Im fed up and im done with this sh*t show😡😡😡

01 May 2025, 16:18Again i have to come here and speak to you guys about the same thing, i was promised that i will have a credit on my account, since i couldn't use the internet for 2 months, till today im having the same issue and someone was suppose to get intouch with me, but that hasn't happened, instead you tried to debit my account. Can you sort this out ASAP
