for the past few months now here in Northgate, rain has totally shut down, infact since the last round of the load shedding that happened, yet they keep charging, I ve pleaded with them to take my card of the system, they say to do that I have to put in another card, when you call, they pretend like they don't know what is happening, misleading you into resetting the system and what not, but what I don't understand is how the South African Ombudsmen is allowing such a massive ***** of a company to continue de*****ing the public, i simply can not understand
