Rain is such a Pain!

I recently subscribed to rain, I could browse the internet for only a week. Thereafter the connection has been terrible. I was told by the support team that they are running service maintenance on one of their towers. Its very surprising that a service maintenance would take this long and customer aren't told about it. Meanwhile we expected to pay for a month for usage. Such disappointing service!
