Rain is such a disappointment

So i have been experiencing network issue's for the past 2 days. basically no network connectivity at all and all they do is send me emails on how their prices have increased. called in, no assistance, all I'm taken through is basic troubleshooting that i have already gone through myself. they say their support team is working on it but have not get any response back from support team.
