Rain is such a disappointment

I have been having problems with my router and internet connectivity. After countless calls and 2 new routers the problem is still not sorted. Every time I call in they can't give me answers and the supervisors doesn't call me back. I am a manager that works from home and I am so frustrated because it's devastating my work and work performance!! Rain is usually good but this experience is such a disappointment! Honestly thinking of just finding another service provider.
