Rain is still useless

After approx 3yrs I thought I would try them again as an ISP,well, so far an hour or more of my airtime wasted. I am tild I owe R600 ofd on a service that was cancelled because of worsening connectivity. Even took it to the ISPA. Found out the outstanding amount when I tried to take out a new product. I have tried logging in, no luck. Tells me username/password combo invalid, when I ask to reset the password I am told my email doesn't exist. There is no option to create a new account on their app, nor on their website on either mobile nor pc. They don't call back or get back on any queries. Wish I could score them lower than 1stsr 😡😡😡
