Rain is still ****. Please offer me other service providers. I'm pleading.
Conveniently, around 6-8pm your wifi doesn't work. and they'll reply here and call you back and tell you about towers as if we're not paying that they have them upright and working. Please call me and fix my connection. I'm writing exams and don't need this stress.

04 Nov 2024, 21:28Hi, It is not my tower, it is your tower and it has never been up. Its the same excuse all the time for months now. I don't understand why you guys don't resolve it. Please reconnect me as I would like to use my Wi-Fi. Switched my router off and on again. Still nothing. I can't always use wifi in the AMs.
