Rain is still debiting my account after cancellation. I want to be refunded and debit details removed. I cancelled my rain account and also have confirmation/ticket that the services was successfully cancelled in Feb 2021, but to my surprise I was billed in May and June even though in May I raised and incident and was advised that my case will be escalated in order for the refund to be processed guess that was a lie as once again I was debited this month what type of service providers lies to their clients and ignores email communication as i made several follow ups to no success with the service agent and she is not replying to my follow up mails. I have many tickets and emails to prove I have been trying but I am still not getting any help or money back. This is so frustrating because I cancelled based on how weak their network coverage is. I want my money back.
