Rain is *****ing customers money

This company is a bunch of *******. I bought a rain simcard in July 2020. did the activation and tested it, We did not have any signal at my house.

I tried everything to get the system working even placing the router on top of my roof.

I contacted them and cancelled the simcard immediately They reimbursed me for the 1st month.

2 weeks ago I realized that they have reactivated this account and have been taking money from my CC every month for the last 6 months. The only way I picked it up is when the bank told me my credit is used up, I keep my card only for emergencies and nothing is supposed to be taken from that account accept the fees.

Well I tried to contact them, send them all the proof as well as the proof where it was cancelled.

Rain does not answer my emails and they have not paid me back. They have ****** R2874 from me, (R479 x6) That does not even include the bank fees and service fees on this.

I have emailed them, I logged called on their website, I have even asked that their management call me but I have not had feedback.
