Rain is nothing more than a **** this company is more expensive than its competitors and will provide you with a terrible service this company has no issue billing you every month without fail but to provide you with internet is an impossible task for them as well as their customer service being some of the worst I have seen in my life I have begged paid and taken so much time out of my life to ask for help from this company and all you will receive is an automated message and that's all our money is worth to RAIN pleases help me cancel this service.
