Rain is soooooo inconsistent and inconvenient

Most inconsistent internet service provider, every week or month its something with the network , my router shows all indicators are green but there is no internet connection, tried changing the apn settings, resetting etc but nothing, I probably do this every month or week its like paying to be in a toxic relationship because this is unacceptable, too think I recently recommended rain to someone who recently got it I feel bad because now they are most likely going experience the same frustration as I am, I see why people just go for fibre now because paying R700 a month for this is not worth it, because I have to buy data too when the ****py service provider is failing completely.
