Rain is so incompetence

Rain im so ****ed off by your incompetence,I called emailed and send you a message on Facebook but still I didn't get help,your Agent said I must send the proof of payment so that my issue will be resolved funny enough I'm still having an error message saying I'm owing you 479.14 while I have paid and on top of that sending you proof,still I got no help from you instead I'm being send from pillar to post,it's not my fault that you guys are not updating your books,it's either I get services that I paid for or I get my refund,I can't continue like this I'm working from home and I must deliver what I'm hired for,im sick and tired of your incompetence.
