Rain is so horrible

This is the worst internet service provider. Even when I try to leave they still messing with me. I cancelled, they took their router and they still debited my account after. Their customer support is very bad, I logged a ticket for them to look into it but I have countless tickets where a follow up was never made. So I’m not surprised that even this one is not being followed up. Don’t even think about using them. Useless
