RAIN IS SO ***********

I am literally at a verge where I am immensely gatvol with Rain and it’s incompetency. It’s only been a month with my second subscription with them and I’ve already lost more money in my working from home then I should have saved. My line is constantly closing due to their lack of sufficiently and I’m now always finding myself having to write reviews just so someone can pick up the phone and call me to resolve the most annoying ongoing issue. I’m at a point of just wanted to cancel both my subscriptions

I’ve had money dedicated from me 3 times and still being told a owe money in which doesn’t make no sense at all, I’ve had over 3 Rain agents claim to assist me but non of them come back with any resolution.

My line is still currently out, it’s only been a month and there’s been so much damage caused
