I need someone to fix my network, your consultants no nothing about turnaround times and you technicians never call us, your team leaders are worse they don't know either, we don't have signal it's been over a month I cannot be told but it looks like I'm using the data when I'm out on 4g but paying for 5g services my network light is blue it should be white I need this sorted n I want a refund or else I'll get an ombud involved
