Rain is selling a lie!!

I recently subscribed to Rain 1. Service started I'm April and on the call with a consultant o was told that I should pay R1 for activation and because they are running a promotion of the first month free which I'll be debited R1 and then R825 from June. This was explicitly noted on that call with the consultant. This morning I wake up and Service is off. So Rain is falsely advertising with a catch and next thing they will be listing my name negatively on adverse.
