Rain is ******** people

Hello my name is Romeo Pule Nkwale. I have a problem with rain this is what happend. i have 2 separate contracts with them one for 4g which is 479 for unlimitted data and one for 5g which is 999 for unlimmitted data. i stay in pretoria because of work so this time i decided to take my 5g router home at kroonstad for the festive holidays, when i got home on the 15 of december 2020. i realised that 5g doesnt work in the free state and then on the 18 i decided to call them they lady by salome said that she could freeze the account until i go back to pretoria that is on the 1st of Feb 2021 and said i would pay data on prorata just for what i have used which will accumulate to half of 999 for the 5g router now in Jan when i call them they are saying i must pay 999 if not i must pay more than 21000. i ask them to allow me to pay for the 4g router while we sort this matter up and they refused pls assist me rain is a ****
