RAIN IS ******** PEOPLE

Rain doesnt want to cancel my contract, I sent a cancellation request two months ago and they confirmed as cancelled BUT they are debiting my bank account monthly. I called in numerous times but they never answered, I sent a DM on Facebook after few days they responded and ask for my details and they never called back, I've sent follow-ups they not responding, I sent emails they are not responding either today. Rain is a ****, you advertise a month to month contract but when a person is cancelling you are playing hide and seek. I want my money back.
