I canceled my rain wife on the 04 January 2023 and their still debiting my account and refusing to refund. I called the call center and their saying the note is the on the system that i canceled however the agent i spoke to forgot to cancel my services therefore it was never cance hence the debit is going and i have a usage which lies cause im now on fibre ever since 1st of feb and that has been plugged out.Rain is ****
