Rain is ****

Rain is becoming more like our government take the money and give them poor service delivery and bad connection even though you pay R699 or whatever rate you pay a month, I've had the worst reception this weekend even though there hasn't been any loadshedding couldn't get work done, it's so frustrating because it's as if our out cry's fall onto deaf ears, I reset my router more than 10times this week alone, I've factory reset it, I optimized my location but still nothing even though everything indicates green on the router, honestly using rain is feeling more and more like a ****, can someone please create some good competition because honestly it's the no contracts that's their advantage because their service is horrible.
