RAIN is *******, beter service providers out there

If it was possible to give them a lower rating I would. Internet service and speed is average, coverage not great at all and support is utterly SHOCKING. After 10 days of service the service stops, contacting them, they DON'T KNOW WHY. 20 days from end of service and 4 follow ups from me (none from them, even after promises made), no solution, because apparently the SIM was assigned to 'someone else', how can this be it is RICA'd.... Things start smelling like RICA ***** more and more.... In typical I.T fasion they want to switch it on and off again, their version entails a new sim and new RICA. Then suddenly the Sim starts working again, full internet access and yet no account, no billing, no nothing... I do not recommend RAIN to anyone, my experience was very very very bad, and I have had my fair share of bad service. RAIN ranks number 1 on my s%@t list.
