I am also struggling like others I see with horrible service from Rain. My connection is unstable and I am extremely irritated with this. I can watch one episode on Netflix with no issue but the next one is playing 1min and buffering 2min. One day my speed is 14mbps download and 13.9mbps up. Then most days it is not even 1mbps. I jave reported this on their app with support but no response. I even asked feedback also no response. And this was almost 2 weeks ago. I have already advised people on FB whick enquire about wifo suplliers to stay away from Rain and will continue to do so. They are busy installing fiber in our area and as soon as they are live I will not think twice or hesitate to move to the Fiber ISP.
