RAIN IS RIPPING ME OFF to the amount of 978 a month for a 499 package

They are debiting my account to the value of 978 per month when my package is actually 499 per month. The excuse is that they are billing me for 5G and 4G. My RAIN hasn't been connected for 4 month now. How can this be. I want the last three months' fees returned.
