RAIN IS RIPPING ME OFF!

Rain purposefully assigns my Sim card to a cellphone tower 4km away from me so that I get a weak signal, and thus slower internet speeds, the problem though is that I end having internet that doesn't work, and I constantly need to supplement it by spending additional money on my telkom sim just to get work done!

I understand that I can't get lightning fast internet for what I'm paying, but I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for an internet connection that actually works, really I can't be paying for a Sim card only to have it not work. PULL UP YOUR SOCKS AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!
