Rain is ripping me off

Rain has been robbing me when it comes to my billing the subscription is 569 and after I make that payment out of nowhere it shows my account is still in arrears and I owe above 800 like where on earth is that money coming from after I just paid my full subscription I'm gonna seriously sue these guys
