RAIN IS RIPPING CONSUMERS FOR THEIR MONEY

I im a very upset customer I have been with rain for about four months and still have not gotten what they have promised 10mbps internet connection despite numerous attempts to get this resolved all i get is empty promises and no action they really ripping us as consumers off as we are paying for a service that we can't use.as we can't watch Netflix, YouTube, it plays for a few seconds and buffers to rest of the time.

Rain does false advertising as the speed as you will see in the attached speed test are really not acceptable for 10mbps speed internet.

Please assist as some needs to be held accountable for milking consumers for their money.

@rainSouthAfrica this is really unacceptable I have complained about rains speed and I have changed router and went as far as using a portable router just to get this slow worse than a snail speed rain you put yourself out the like you here to service customers but ripping them off With full bars on the router and I still get the speed stop robbing ppl for their money and get what you.say you do unlimited 10mbs data stop ripping your customers off..
