RAIN IS RIDICULOUS AND A WASTE OF MONEY

Since I got my Wifi, it works for 15 minutes and stops EVERY DAY for the rest of the day ! It is so frustrating and unreliable I want to go mad !

I have to keep leaving my house to work elsewhere . *** AM I PAYING FOR ! I've waited a week for the Networks department to get back to me and they still haven't. What ******* is this ?
