RAIN IS RESTRICTING ME FROM EA SERVERS.

For the pasT 5 days rain has been preventing me from accessing the EA gaming servers and every time i call in to support they say the network team will contact me for assistance BUT THEY NEVER DO.

Previously I had no issue accessing the servers but all of a sudden i cant access them. I have a friend also on Rain and he can access the servers at will with no issues. I have connected my xbox to various different networks and they allow me access to the servers. I went as far as getting another xbox to my house and connecting it to my wifi and that xbox also could not access the servers.

Every time i call in to support they say the network team will contact me for assistance BUT THEY NEVER DO.

THIS IS HONESTLY THE MOST FRUSTRATING NETWORK TO BE ON. I am paying R800 for up to 60mbps and i have never seen higher than 5mbps upload and 20mbps download and when i try to downgrade they tell me i must pay for two months first before downgrading.

THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS. DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON WHO I CAN CHANGE MY NETWORK TO IN ALBERTON? LTE OPTIONS PLEASE?
