Rain is really being unfair and cold towards their customers cust

Rain has been cancelled because it's getting costly and the network keeps hanging all day. Their experts installed the router outdoors on the rooftop tethered to the chimney, so they will need to come and unistall it. I even made the final payment they required and was told they would come and take the router, to which I gladly rep**** that they may.

They insist that I remove it. How would I remove it when I didn't install it in the first place? I have a disability so how would I climb high and remove it?
