Rain is really bad

I have been getting the worse service ever, I pay my bill full every month on time, but the service sucks. I have been sending tickets as I never have signal or it's always so bad, but no reply no help NOTHING. When I call they tell me everything looks good on there side and alot of promises but 2 hours later the network is down or so slow and kicks me out.
