Rain is really a waste of money

What a waste of my money I have been dealing with rain having back and forth complaints about their 5G router I have been sent from piller to post also no one knows what going on I changed my router 2 weeks ago because the one I had kept rebooting itself I spent R900 on Uber alone to and from their offices to try and get a router and activate my sim after all that was done please ask me why 2 weeks later I still don't have internet and I'm dealing with the same problem all I'm told is "Mam we have escalated the matter " I can't with rain I really can't I'm paying R550 they want me to upgrade. Why would I do that when the current service is BS . F$*@ im so annoyed
