RAIN is raining poor service without compromise.

The billing system is very power, and the network consistently goes on and off. My latest experience was them disconnecting my line on the 25 April and claiming I am in arrears for 2 months whereas I never skipped payment. My billing date is 1st of every month but they do it on the 25th. Their call center people are so arrogant and literally left me hanging for over 20 MINUTES was he asked me to hold for 2 minutes and never bothered to call back.
